You can decide to make your email address public or hidden, so don't worry about that! But it is necessary for the form to function.
2. If you decide to list your website, you must add a link-back to this fanlisting, using one of the buttons avaiable in the Codes page. Add the code to your page BEFORE applying. If i can't find the code on your page, you will be listed, but your website won't be shown.
3. Any site containing illegal material, pornography or hate won't be listed.
